Hi, I am Nonna Cannabis “The Italian granny who cooks with herbs”.

Today I am going to teach you how to prepare a delicious chicken salad with apple and a bit of cannabis.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 kg of carrot
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 kg of pods
  • 2 large onion
  • 2 red apples
  • ¼ cup of cannabis oil
  • 6 or 7 cannabis leaves
  • 1 large can of palm hearts
  • 1 large can of sweet corn
  • 900 gr of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • ¼ cup of red vinegar
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

In a saucepan place salt water and cook the chicken breast until it softens.

Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into very small cubes, then separately boil them in pans with water and salt, for 15 or 20 minutes until they soften. You must be careful not to miss cooking.

Cut the beans and cook in salted water until they soften.

For the dressing of the salad, place in a bowl, 900 gr of mayonnaise, ¼ cup of cannabis oil, cannabis leaves well chopped, 2 tablespoons of mustard, ¼ cup of red vinegar, 2 grated onions and 1 teaspoon of Salt. Mix well and refrigerate.

Once the beans, potatoes and carrots are cooked, drain the water and let cool.

Once cooked the breasts take out of the pan, let cool and crumble the meat well. You can reserve the broth of breast for another recipe.

Uncover the can of palm hearts, drain and cut into small squares.

Peel and cut the apples into small cubes and submerge in water with lemon and drain.

In a large salad bowl, place the beans, potatoes, carrots, breast, hearts of palm and apples, stir a little and add the prepared sauce and mix well. To decorate the salad uncover the can of sweet corn and place on top.

This has been all for this week, and do not forget:
