Today I am going to teach you how to prepare an exquisite eggplant cream with my special “cannabis” ingredient.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium eggplants
- 3 small garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of cannabis oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Cook the aubergines over low heat on a griddle and let the skin burn all over. Turn over as many times as necessary so that they cook evenly. The aubergines should be soft inside.
Once the whole skin of the eggplant is burned, remove from the heat and peel it well, do not leave any burned skin, proceed to chop them with a knife.
In a pan, place them together with the previously chopped garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of cannabis oil in a food processor until it has a creamy texture. If you want me to have pieces of eggplant, do not grind it so much. If you want it to be a soft cream add as much cannabis oil as you consider necessary to achieve the desired texture.
The cream you use to spread pieces of bread or cookies, you can also accompany it with chicken and vegetables.
