Exercises for a Healthy Heart
To maintain a healthy heart we must perform an exercise routine and this is recommended for all ages:
- Warm up for 6 minutes at a pace that allows you to converse without difficulty.
- Climb a slope with little inclination, to increase the heart rate. The breathing will speed up and you could not speak if you tried.
- Reduce the pace of the race until you can speak again.
- Repeat steps 2. and 3. three more times.
- It ends with a cooling of 3 minutes.
