Today I’m going to teach you how to prepare a delicious Spanish paella. Our special ingredient will be cannabis.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of whole rice
- 250 gr. of prawns
- 1/2 kg of chicken thighs
- 6 cups of fish stock, chicken or vegetables
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 100 gr. of peas (in any presentation)
- Salt to taste
- 6 strands of saffron
- 1/2 cup of cannabis oil and 4 cannabis leaves
- Parsley
Preparation:
Put the cannabis oil in a pan and bring to the fire, fry the chicken thighs previously washed, chopped and seasoned with a little salt. Reserve.
In the same oil, sauté the chopped onion, cannabis leaves and tomatoes without seeds. Crush and reserve.

Peel the prawns. To make the broth, cook the shells and tails of the prawns. Let boil, strain and reserve.
Bring a pan to the fire, put oil and sauté the peppers in strips and then add the mixture of tomato, cannabis leaves and onion. When hot, add chicken and rice. Mix and stir until it takes color. Add the shrimp broth.
Add the chopped parsley, the peas and stir.
Add salt to taste and saffron.
In total, 5 to 6 cups of broth should be added.
The paella will be ready to be served when you notice that the rice is cooked and dried in the paella pan. It takes approximately 20 minutes.
