Warm up and training for your day to day

For your health and for the best recovery of your muscles, you should always stretch at the end of a training session. Go stretching your entire body, from the twins to the neck, in a relaxed way and feeling how the muscle relaxes.

In this way your body will understand that the training routine has ended, that it is time to relax, rest and renew energies with a healthy meal.

Now, a good exercise that you should not miss in your training routines, are the strides, but you have to be very careful when doing it to avoid injury. Make sure that your back is straight when you get down and that the knee does not suffer, concentrate the load on the quadriceps and gluteus. Make 3 sets of 10 each.
